Together, we create the community we want to live in.

Help get Ravensway ready for Independence Day! On June 27, neighbors will work together to clean, repair, and beautify our amenities and common areas. Whether you can volunteer for an hour or the entire morning, your efforts will make a lasting difference.

Our annual Independence Day celebration is only possible because of amazing community volunteers. We have a variety of opportunities available including event setup, parade assistance, games & activities, concessions, crowd support, & cleanup.

The Ravensway/Saracen Park Homeowners Association is seeking volunteers to serve on our new Accessibility Planning & Advisory Committee.
Our community has recently completed a professional accessibility assessment of our common areas and amenities. Now comes the important next step: developing a thoughtful, practical plan for improving accessibility throughout the community.
We are looking for homeowners who want to be part of that conversation.
Whether you have professional experience in construction, engineering, architecture, facilities management, accessibility, finance, or project planning—or simply have a passion for or personal interest in making our community more welcoming and accessible for everyone—we encourage you to apply.
The committee will review assessment findings, discuss priorities, consider budget implications, and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding future accessibility improvements. This is an opportunity to help shape projects that could benefit residents for years to come.
Committee members will have the opportunity to:
Because the committee may discuss budgetary considerations and financial planning, participation is limited to current members of the Association.
Creating a more accessible community is not just about compliance—it’s about ensuring that all residents, guests, friends, and family members can enjoy the amenities and common areas that make Ravensway/Saracen Park special.
If you are interested in serving on the Accessibility Planning & Advisory Committee, we encourage you to COMPLETE THIS FORM and share how you can contribute to this important effort.
We look forward to hearing from you and working together to build a community that is welcoming and accessible for all.
stay tuned for more ways to serve the Ravensway community!
