Ravensway Clubhouse

The  Clubhouse is used for many community activities and is also available for private rental to residents of Ravensway / Saracen Park Home Association.  The rental fee is $150.

Renting the clubhouse does not provide access to the pool. Only residents  with accounts in good standing may rent the clubhouse.

The Ravensway / Saracen Park Board of Directors has adopted a Fee Waiver Policy that allows the clubhouse rental fee to be waived or reduced for activities that provide a meaningful benefit to our community.

Waivers are considered for activities that benefit residents, whether you're leading one on your own or as part of a group — a resident offering a free class (yoga, sewing, or similar), a scout or youth-group meeting, a volunteer group, an educational workshop, an interest club, a neighborhood safety meeting, or a nonprofit or civic community event. The Board evaluates each request individually, looking at factors like community benefit, whether the activity is open to residents, and impact on the facility. A waiver does not remove cleaning, damage, or insurance obligations, and approval is not guaranteed or automatic.

This program is separate from standard paid clubhouse rentals, which remain available to residents for private events..

How to apply: Complete the Fee Waiver Application and Use Agreement  and submit it to the Facilities Coordinator at Ravenswayclubhouse@gmail.com. Questions about whether your activity may qualify are welcome before you apply.
