1. For use of Ravensway/Saracen Park residents only.
2. Parks are closed at 9:00PM. Tennis courts close by midnight.
3. Amenities Passes must be shown when requested; refusing to do so will result in suspension of access to all Ravensway amenities for 60 days.
4. No rough-housing or foul language permitted at any time.
5. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages allowed in park area.
6. No smoking permitted within 25 feet of any structure
7. No motorized equipment permitted in playground area. Any damage caused by motorized vehicles off paths will be responsibility of owner.
8. All empty containers and garbage must be placed in the receptacles provided.
9. Ravensway/Saracen Park Home Association is not responsible for any injury received while playing in the area - play at your own risk.
10. The playground equipment is designated for children only.
Ravensway/Saracen Park residents shall apply for an Amenity Pass using the form above. Residency and eligibility will be verified before issuance. No same- day passes will be issued.
