Ravensway Annual Assessment

The Annual Assessment due January 1 2026 is $809.80

Annual assessments are due in full January 1st and delinquent as of January 31st each year. Any assessments not paid in full by January 30 will incur a 10% penalty.

All homeowners will receive a bill via email or USPS depending on your selections in  the portal. If not signed up for the portal a bill will be sent via USPS, but we strongly encourage everyone to sign up to receive the most up to date information, announcements, etc.

Homeowners may request a Payment Plan if assessments will not be paid in full by January 30. All homeowner accounts are automatically approved for a 3 month payment plan; requests for longer terms must be approved via DTA Community  Management.

Homeowners will incur a monthly fee paid to DTA Management for managing  payment plans. More information to be posted soon.

Many homeowners prepay assessments for the following year by scheduling monthly payments via their bank or via the Homeowner Portal. There is no monthly fee for prepayments.
