Ravensway Annual Dues

The 2024 Annual Assessment is in the amount of $809.80.  All homeowner will receive a bill via regular mail, and if signed up also an email with your invoice.  To pay your annual dues online you may visit the Chaparrel Management Payment Portal.  

Please be sure to include your account number in the memo line of all payments remitted.
