Ravensway Annual Assessment

The Annual Assessment due January 1 2026 is $809.80

Annual assessments are due in full January 1st and delinquent as of January 31st each year. Any assessments not paid in full by January 30 will incur a 10% penalty.

All homeowner will receive a bill via regular mail, and if signed up also an email with your invoice.  To pay your annual dues online you may visit the SBB Community Management Payment Portal.

Homeowners may request a Payment Plan if assessments will not be paid in full by January 30. All homeowner accounts are automatically approved for a 3 month payment plan; requests for longer terms must be approved via SBB Management.

Homeowners will incur a $15 per month fee paid to SBB Management for managing  payment plans.

Many homeowners prepay assessments for the following year by scheduling monthly payments via their bank or via the Homeowner Portal. There is no monthly fee for prepayments.
